Barrel vs cabin sauna
| Barrel | Cabin | |
|---|---|---|
| Heat-up | Less air volume, often faster | More volume, more even heat |
| Look | Iconic, compact | Fits house architecture |
| Snow/rain | Round shape sheds water; add a roof cover | Proper roof |
| Headroom & benches | Curved walls limit space | Flexible layouts, lounging benches |
| Best for | 1-4 people, smaller yards | Families, frequent use |
